There ’ s more to health than diet!

It’s great that more and more people are exploring the advantages of ketogenic, paleo, low-carb, Wheat Belly and other diets, since “official” source of dietary advice got it all so wrong. Choosing the right diet can be a great start to restoring slenderness and health. But that’s ALL they are: a start. There are MANY other strategies you can adopt to take health, slenderness, and youthfulness further to reverse numerous health conditions, lose more weight, even turn the clock back a decade or two. And the results you can obtain are dramatically SUPERIOR to the “health” that you obtain from the doctor or healthcare system.
