Misdiagnosed Malignant Tumor on an Ischemic Limb.

CONCLUSIONS: Despite its rare pathology, misdiagnosis of ALM may prolong initiation of appropriate treatment and reduce the overall survival rate. Biopsies should be performed on nonhealing ulcers despite appropriate wound management and/or revascularization procedures.
