Editorial: Transcutaneous Trigeminal Nerve Stimulation for Children With ADHD
Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental disorder with a prevalence of 9.5% of school-age children and 4.4% of adults in the United States. ADHD is defined by clinically significant and developmentally inappropriate levels of inattention and hyperactivity/impulsivity. Executive functioning and control and attention regulation are the neuropsychological deficits commonly associated with ADHD.1
