An air-containing mediastinal mass in a patient with a primary adenocarcinoma of the right lung.

CONCLUSION: Surinfected mediastinal chyloma due to oesopagho-mediastinal fistula is an extremely rare complication after cervical mediastinoscopy and radiotherapy.
