Florida Blue seeks to dismiss lawsuit alleging Orlando broker monopoly

Florida Blue is ready to take its next steps related to a lawsuit that claims the health insurer has a monopoly in Orlando. The Jacksonville-based firm was able to avoid a preliminary injunction from Oscar Insurance Co. on Feb. 5, after Judge Paul Bryron found Oscar did not meet the burden of proof of irreparable harm to their business.
