I have reviewed with interest the manuscript “Laparoscopic Single Anastomosis Duodenal-Jejunal Bypass with Sleeve Gastrectomy (SADJB-SG): Surgical risk and long-term results” by Lee et al [1], focused on a retrospective analysis of a prospective bariatric database. This experience represents a yearly operated rate of 24 patients (148 patie nts in six years) [1].
