Low IgG2 Level and Increased Risk of Infections in Lung Transplant Recipients
Our previous study has demonstrated that lung transplant (LT) recipients with severe hypogammaglobulinemia (HGG) are at increased risk for recurrent pneumonias and more antibiotic courses at 1-year post-transplant. The significance of IgG subclass deficiency has not yet been examined in the LT population.
