Impact of age and cardiac disease on regional left and right ventricular myocardial motion in healthy controls and patients with repaired tetralogy of fallot

In conclusion, tissue phase mapping enables comprehensive analysis of global and regional biventricular myocardial motion. Changes in myocardial velocities associated with age underline the importance of age-matched controls. This pilot study in TO F patients shows the feasibility to detect regionally abnormal LV and RV motion.
