Spontaneous Pneumothorax in a Young Woman
Presentation: A 37-year-old female presented to the emergency department with the acute onset of shortness of breath and chest discomfort. The patient was a never-smoker with no significant past medical history. Physical examination was remarkable for tachypnea and decreased right-sided breath sounds.
