Livedo vasculopathy: Ablation of the affected vessels to prevent recurrent ulcerations.
CONCLUSION: We recommend ablative venous interventions in suitable patients with livedo vasculopathy to prevent recurrent ulcerations. Compression should be considered as an adjunct treatment.
