Temperature selection in antegrade cerebral perfusion for aortic arch surgery: a meta-analysis.

CONCLUSIONS: ACP with warmer circulatory arrest temperatures may reduce the incidence of permanent neurological deficit, as well as potentially other clinical outcomes.
