Impact of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease on Laparoscopic Hysterectomy Outcome.

Conclusion: Patients with COPD who undergo laparoscopic hysterectomy have increased risk of experiencing postoperative pneumonia, reintubation, renal insufficiency, and sepsis.
