Oregon measles outbreak prompts public health emergency
A measles outbreak near Portland, Oregon, has prompted officials in nearby Clark County, Washington to declare a public health emergency. So far there are 23 confirmed cases and the majority are children under 10. Jamie Yuccas reports.
