Allergen challenge increases capsaicin evoked cough responses in allergic asthma
Changes in airway calibre and inflammation after allergen challenge in mild atopic asthmatics is associated with increased cough responses to inhaled capsaicin and spontaneous 24-hour coughing, implying neuronal sensitisation.
