183. An Implementation Evaluation of A Community-Wide Teen Pregnancy Prevention Initiative In Rural Indiana

Little data exists to guide adaptation and implementation of evidence-based teen pregnancy prevention programs (EBPs) to rural contexts. We evaluate the successful implementation of four EBPs in a rural community using the Exploration, Preparation/Adoption, Implementation and Sustainment (EPIS) implementation sciences model, with the goal of creating guidance for rural EPB implementation.
