Patients with aplastic anemia are predisposed to invasive fungal infections due to mucormycosis. Till now, syngeneic SCT in the context of active mucormycosis infection for patients with severe aplastic anemia is lacking in the literature. Here, we report a case of severe aplastic anemia with disseminated mucormycosis infection undergoing syngeneic transplant.
