Functional brain networks and neuroanatomy underpinning nausea severity can predict nausea susceptibility using machine learning.

Conclusions Nausea severity relates to underlying subcortical morphology and a functional brain network in its experience; both measures are potential biomarkers in trials of anti-nausea therapies.
