Poor Performance Flagging is Associated with Fewer Transplants at Centers Flagged Multiple Times.

CONCLUSIONS: This analysis defines center level trends in lung transplantation following CMS flagging. Contrary to our primary hypothesis flagging did not result in temporal center level changes.
