Nanoquinacrine sensitizes 5-FU-resistant cervical cancer stem-like cells by down-regulating Nectin-4 via ADAM-17 mediated NOTCH deregulation

ConclusionOur data indicate that Nectin-4 may play a prominent role in 5-FU resistance of metastatic CC cells and that NQC sensitizes these cells by Nectin-4 deregulation through ADAM-17 inhibition, a major component of the NOTCH signalling pathway.
