Legacy: Why does it matter?

It has been said that it is up to us to live up to the legacy that was left for us and to leave a legacy that is worthy of future generations. As I approach my final months as your CEO, I  have been thinking a lot about what I found here when I first arrived and what I will be leaving behind.
