ConclusionsProteinuria, urinary protein/creatinine ratio, and retinol-binding protein levels were elevated in patients with preeclampsia. Using these markers to assess renal function during pregnancy may be clinically useful for detecting and monitoring renal injury in renal transplant recipients.
