Genetic variations in familial hypercholesterolemia and cascade screening in East Asians

ConclusionApproximately two ‐third of the subjects in this clinically ascertained sample of patients with FH had a discrete genetic basis. Genetic identification improves the response rate and efficiency of family screening.
