CONCLUSIONS: For reducing temporarily persistent erythema: there was high certainty evidence for topical brimonidine and moderate certainty for topical oxymetazoline; for erythema and mainly telangiectasia: low to moderate certainty evidence for laser and intense pulsed light therapy.
