Amnion-derived mesenchymal stem cells improve viability of endothelial cells exposed to shear stress in ePTFE grafts.

CONCLUSION:: hAMSC exerted best survival-enhancing effects on hPEC under exposure to physiological shear stress and modulated endothelial function by paracrine factors.
