Prognosis of Spontaneous Bacterial Peritonitis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients.

Conclusion: Prognosis of SBP in HCC patients is relatively less severe. This result may be related with reduced antibiotics resistance and lower development rates of other complications, such as hepatic encephalopathy.
