Coronary angiography characteristics of out-of-hospital sudden cardiac arrest occurring in sport-related acute myocardial infarction
ConclusionsAMI patients with OHSCA were 6 y older, and were characterized by a higher rate of culprit lesion involving LAD, and had much poorer hospital outcome. CAD extent and proximal distribution of lesions showed a trend toward a more severe profile. Larger studies are needed to confirm our findings.
