Resuscitation attempt and survival after out-of-hospital cardiac arrest

ConclusionsDespite significant improvements in pre-hospital management, our findings indicate that the proportion of OHCA without resuscitation attempt increases, making overall survival eventually low and unchanged. These data call for further refinements in our strategies to combat OHCA-related mortality in the community.
