Blood endotyping distinguishes the profile of vitiligo from other inflammatory and autoimmune skin diseases
Vitiligo is distinguished from other inflammatory skin diseases by strong Th1 polarization, along with elevated Th2/Th9/Th17/Th22 and low Treg frequency in blood. Future targeted therapeutic studies are needed to define the relative contribution of each skewed cytokine axis.
