Assessing Copy Number Alterations in Targeted, Amplicon-Based Next-Generation Sequencing Data

In this study, we developed an algorithm for detecting CNAs in amplicon-based sequencing data. CNAs determined from the algorithm mirrored those from a hybridization-capture library.
