Repair of Enlarging Left Ventricular Pseudoaneurysm Two Months After Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting

We present a challenging patient with a rapidly enlarging left ventricular pseudoaneurysm 4 weeks after coronary bypass. The repair was approached through a left thoracotomy using circulatory arrest with selective antegrade cerebral perfusion.
