Comment on: Bariatric surgery improves the employment rate in people with obesity: 2-year analysis
It is well established that obesity poses significant challenges to people's health and social wellbeing, with high prevalence of health problems, discrimination, and stigma associated with obesity in our society. While numerous studies have been published reporting positive impact of bariatric surgery on health outcomes, little is known about the effect of bariatric surgery on employment opportunities of the patients.
