How Atrium Health plans to spend its $1B capital investment

Since announcing a $1 billion capital investment in June, Atrium Health has spent the last several months combing through options for how to disperse the money. The Charlotte-based health-care system, formerly known as Carolinas HealthCare, outlined some of its plans at Tuesday morning's quarterly board meeting.
