European Societal Challenges: The Future of Human-Robot Interaction - 6 February 2019, Brussels, Belgium

White Rose Brussels will be holding a robotics event on 6 February 2019, at 15:30-18:30, followed by a networking reception at the European Parliament. The Universities of Leeds, Sheffield and York (UK) will showcase their excellent research around the potential future of human and robot interaction. Drawing upon expertise from multiple disciplines, we will examine the exciting possibilities of rapid advances in autonomous technology. Experts in the field will facilitate policy-relevant discussions about the need for a standardised, legal framework to ensure ethical, safe and appropriate deployment of robots and autonomous systems.
