Results of double freezing approach in the management of surplus embryos in IVF

Conclusions: Due to the low pregnancy rate of the re- freeze blastocyst embryos, the transfer of twice frozen-thawed embryos with slow freeze technique does not seem to be a beneficial plan ahead approach in managing the arsenal of frozen embryos.
