Infant ibuprofen recalled from Walmart, CVS, Family Dollar

Three lots of liquid ibuprofen for infants sold as store brands by Walmart, CVS and Family Dollar have been recalled by the manufacturer, Tris Pharma, Inc. The recalled lots of the product have been found to potentially have higher concentrations of ibuprofen, and children inadvertently given a higher dose could suffer side effects including kidney damage, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, or diarrhea, the company said in a statement.  The recalled doses of the pain reliever and fever reducer…
