Conclusion
Patients with normal diastolic function at baseline receiving trastuzumab±anthracycline adjuvant therapy may develop DD before SD, therefore offering an opportunity for early referral to cardiologists to optimize cardiovascular risk factors and manage cardiotoxicity.
