Brief Report: Exercise and Blood Pressure in Older Adults-An Updated Look.

Conclusions: Exclusive of changes in DBP congruent with resistance training, exercise (aerobic, resistance, and combined aerobic and resistance) reduces resting SBP and DBP in older adults.
