Scottsdale health care group terminates CEO
The CEO of a publicly traded Scottsdale health care company will leave his position before the end of the year, according to documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
Sam Srivastava will step away from Magellan Healthcare, which is the managed care division of Magellan Health Inc. (Nasdaq: MGLN), on Dec. 28 after a little more than five years at the helm.
Magellan Health CEO and Chairman Barry Smith will assume chief executive duties for Magellan Healthcare.
