Sarcomatoid cancer of penis in a 45 year old male
A 42 year old male patient presented to the outpatient department of our hospital with purulent discharge per urethra when voiding and a mass at the tip of the penis for the past 3 months. The patient had visited multiple practitioners of alternative medicine at his hometown before visiting our centre but had no relief in his symptoms along with a progression in the size of the mass. There was no history of any surgical intervention or intervention on the penis in the past. The patient was sexually active and monogamous.
