Composite Hyoid Bone Graft Interposition for the Treatment of Laryngotracheal Stenosis

Conclusion: This technique allows vascularized stable graft survival with minimal donor site morbidity. Furthermore, it can be performed for thyroid, cricoid, and tracheal stenosis without fear of damage to the recurrent laryngeal nerves.ORL 2014;76:147-152
