Efficacy and Safety of Daratumumab in a Frail Real-Life Relapsed or Refractory Systemic Light-Chain Amyloidosis Population (AL): Report on 15 Cases from the North of France

Conclusion: Single agent daratumumab shows promising results, yielding rapid and deep haematological responses, with an acceptable safety profile, in a frail real-life AL population.
