Management of Cytopenias in CTLA4 Haploinsufficiency Using Abatacept and Sirolimus

Conclusion:As abatacept replaces the missing CTLA4 protein, it should be part of the treatment regimen in patients with CTLA4 haploinsufficiency presenting with cytopenias.
