Ivosidenib or Enasidenib Combined with Induction and Consolidation Chemotherapy in Patients with Newly Diagnosed AML with an IDH1 or IDH2 Mutation Is Safe, Effective, and Leads to MRD-Negative Complete Remissions

CONCLUSION: Ivosidenib or enasidenib in combination with induction and consolidation therapy has an acceptable safety profile with robust remission rates, MRD-negative CRs, and mutation clearance in a population of older, high-risk patients with mIDH AML.
