Lesbian Psychologies Unpublished Manuscripts Award The Association for Women in Psychology encourages theoretical and empirical scholarship that addresses the psychology of lesbians. Deadline: June 1, 2015; June 1, 2016 Sponsor: The Association for Women in Psychology The award will be announced at the American Psychological Association convention in August. The award recipient will be invited to present the manuscript at the Annual AWP conference and will receive up to $250 in transportation expenses. Unpublished manuscripts focusing on any topic relevant to the psychology of lesbians are invited. Eligibility Manuscripts (conference papers, dissertations or other manuscripts) must be unpublished and not under review or in press for publication at the time of submission. Both sole and jointly authored papers are eligible. Manuscripts must be no longer than 50 pages. Submissions The following materials must accompany all submissions: Four copies of the manuscript. Two self-addressed stamped legal sized envelopes. A cover sheet with the author's name, address, phone number, email address and title of the paper. The author's name should not appear anywhere on the paper itself. Conclusions: SBA is not uncommon in asymptomatic individuals. Age and gender may be risk factors for bleeding of angioectasia in the small bowel, but they seem to have little to do with the occurrence of it.
