Is bronchoscopic follow up useful after Bronhoscopic Lung Volume Reduction (BLVR) with endobronchial valves?

Conclusion: Brochoscopy is not needed after BLVR if the patient is asymptomatic unless valve migration/leaking is suspected. It could be useful to re-evaluate patients whose microbiological examination at baseline is positive, but data to support this are poor.
