Pseudomonas aeruginosa LasB subverts innate immunity in alveolar macrophages and epithelial cells

Conclusion: We demonstrate that the effect of LasB in vivo can be recapitulated in vitro on AMs & epithelial cells and we show that LasB targets an IL-17/IL-22 dependent anti-microbial pathway
