First experience of single TB centre in diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary lesions using radial-EBUS.

Conclusion: Use of r-EBUS allows to receive biopsy directly from the target PPLs in patients with smear negative TB that is important for early treatment and avoiding of false therapy
