Variability of primary resistant M.tuberculosis strains in TB service institutions

Conclusions: The presence of changes of MTB strains in nosocomial conditions suggests that hospitalization in the TB department facilities is a kind of exogenous risk of tuberculosis superinfection caused by more virulent pathogens with drug resistance.
