Determination of CD4, CD8 and IL-8 levels in serum and BAL fluid of patients with pulmonary anthracosis

Conclusions: These results suggest that changes in CD4/C8 levels in serum and BAL fluid may play an important role in the diagnosis or prognosis of anthracosis. In addition, due to the strong association of anthracosis and pulmonary tuberculosis, TB should be considered in patients with anthracosis, which in turn can lead to the early diagnosis and treatment of the patients.
