MicroRNAs in serum of post primary TB patients.

Conclusions: These changes concern, first of all, microRNAs, involved in the regulation of specific inflammation and the formation of fibrosis in lungs. Our data form the basis for the development of a set of biomarkers for post primary TB, and also create prerequisites for the development of fundamentally new methods of antiTB therapy. This work was supported by the Russian Scientific Foundation (grant 16-15-10242).
